Everything on this page is freely accessible. Print it, work through it on your own, or bring it to a group. If it is useful to you, a donation or a purchase helps keep this work available to everyone and moves us closer to building the first Sunshine Grove in North Idaho.

A full program: When Goals Align

When Goals Align invites you to slow down and approach goal setting from a different angle. Instead of starting with what you think you should want, this work begins by helping you listen more closely to your own values, desires, and inner signals. You are invited to explore whether a goal supports your sense of freedom, peace, creativity, or connection, or whether it is simply a familiar target pursued out of habit.

Traditional goal setting rarely asks us to examine the inner experience of the person doing the striving. We are seldom taught to consider how we want our days to feel, what pace actually supports our well-being, or who we are becoming as we pursue a goal. Without this clarity, even well-intentioned goals can become another source of self-pressure rather than a framework that supports a life that feels meaningful, sustainable, and alive.

What keeps this freely accessible

These materials are freely accessible because donations, purchases, and community support cover the cost of making them. That same support is building the first Sunshine Grove in North Idaho, a whimsical, nature-centered sanctuary and community space where people can slow down, create, and connect.

How you may use these materials

All Sunshine on Tap programs and materials are freely accessible to individuals and groups in non-commercial, non-profit settings. You are welcome to print, share, and use this material for personal reflection, classrooms, community groups, support circles, and other spaces where no fee is charged for participation. This material may not be sold, repackaged, or used as part of paid classes, workshops, coaching, or programs without written permission from Sunshine on Tap. If you are unsure whether your intended use falls within these guidelines, we encourage you to reach out. Our intention is accessibility and shared growth. We are grateful when this work is used to support individuals and communities.
