The spiral represents growth that is not linear. We do not move forward in straight lines, we circle, return, learn, and rise again with deeper understanding. Each turn of the spiral holds wisdom gathered along the way.

Together, the bird and the spiral speak to gentle evolution. Growth does not have to be forceful or rushed. Sometimes it is quiet, observant, and patient. This is a reminder that even when life feels like a loop, you are still ascending, still becoming, still moving toward clarity.

Handcrafted with intention, rooted in nature, and made to spread a little sunshine. Each pair of Sunshine on Tap earrings is thoughtfully cut, and assembled by hand on site.

Our colorful designs are hand-painted on Baltic birch, using the wood as a natural canvas. Each piece is painted by hand, so subtle variations in color and brushwork ensure no two pairs are ever exactly the same.

During the laser-cutting process, the wood naturally develops a soft, singed edge. Rather than removing this entirely, we intentionally leave hints of it in place. This gentle darkening adds contrast, depth, and character, an organic reminder of the process and the hands behind each piece.

Many designs can be finished with a bead of your choice. Please refer to the bead chart when ordering to select the bead you’d like your earrings made with. Each bead brings its own look, allowing you to personalize your pair in a way that feels meaningful to you.
